Note: These conditions are supplemental to, not a replacement for, the hall’s ordinary conditions of hire. 

 Special Conditions of Hire during COVID-19                  August 2021

SC1: You, the hirer, will be responsible for ensuring those attending your activity or event comply with current government COVID-19 Secure Guidelines while entering and occupying the hall.

SC2: You, the hirer, will be responsible for asking your members/clients/guests to scan the NHS. Track and Trace QR code or for keeping a written record of their names and contact details for three weeks after your event.

SC3: You will keep the premises well ventilated throughout your hire, with windows and doors open as far as convenient. You will be responsible for ensuring they are all securely closed on leaving.

SC4: In the event of someone becoming unwell with suspected Covid-19 symptoms while at the hall or becoming ill with Covid-19 in the days after the event we require you to inform Joan Turner, the hall cleaner, on 01435 813294 and Monica Dexter, the booking clerk, on 07780522242 as soon as you become aware of the situation in order that we can take steps to protect those coming to the Hall after you and/or contact those who used the Hall after you.
