Lucas Hall Management \u2013 Conditions of Use and Hire<\/strong><\/p>\n

CORRESPONDENCE<\/strong> \u2013 correspondence should be addressed to\u00a0 The Booking Clerk at lucashallwaldron@gmail.com<\/a>.\u00a0 The address of the Hall is Lucas Memorial Hall, Waldron, Heathfield, East Sussex, TN21 0RB<\/p>\n

BOOKINGS<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 All Bookings must be made on an official Booking Form, which can be found on the website .All Bookings are accepted at the discretion of the Management at the time of booking and must be paid for at the time of booking.\u00a0Payment to be either by cheques made payable to Lucas Hall Management or by BACS payment to the Lucas Memorial Hall bank account. Submission of the Booking Form shall constitute acceptance of these Conditions.
\nPURPOSE OF HIRE<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013The premises shall not be used for any purpose or in any manner other than that stated on the Booking Form and agreed by the Management.\u00a0The premises shall not be sub-let to another person or organisation.
\nREGULATIONS<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 All users of the Hall are bound by the Conditions of Use and Hire laid out in this document.\u00a0The decision of the Management in interpreting the Conditions is final.
\nDEPOSIT<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 A deposit of \u00a375.00 either by BACS to the Lucas Hall bank account or by separate cheque will be required at the time of booking.\u00a0This will be refunded in full provided the premises are left in a clean and tidy condition and there is no damage to premises or equipment, or any disruption or annoyance to the lives of people who live nearby.<\/p>\n
